The Traditional Charcoal Spit Roaster is the latest venture by Fergus Cadogan.
Fundamentally an engineer by trade, wild and wacky inventor at heart.

The origins of the spit roaster came from a homemade spit, using a windscreen wiper motor, bicycle parts and a scrap yard challenge mentality.

Things have moved on now, and as they say, 'From little acorns grow large oak trees'.
The spit roaster is now fully developed (without the wiper motor and bike parts!), proven and in use on a much larger scale.

The machine is totally portable, independently powered by a 24V power pack and will dismantle to a size that fits into most large estate cars.
It has proved extremely popular at countless events including parties, weddings, agricultural shows and fairs.

The glowing charcoal or fruit wood fire, with a whole pig, lamb, or even venison spit roasting, is a brilliant attraction with appetizing smells wafting through the air and drawing people to watch the spectacle and taste the succulent meat. Perfect for private functions, weddings, corporate events, and public gatherings.
